Are third parties okay?

So i just made an account on a new website, and i want to sign up for the daily freebie contest, and the site wants my address... i read the privacy policy, and it said that any personal information would be shared with third party service providers (or something like that) that the site is affiliated with. is this okay? can i trust them???
