New hair style picture?

I have super long hair like down to my butt but I want to have a new look for a new school year. I want a hairstyle with hair like a few inches past my shoulders maybe like a little past the bottom of the sleeves on my tee shirt. ( you know like the tee style for girls ) I want layers too but I don't want the shortest layer to be toooooo short. I want to be able to put all of my layers into a pony tail. If you could give me a link to a picture of a hairstyle that matches all of the criteria I gave, I would really appreciate it! Thanks! :0)
