Did i make the right decision to leave my job?

I don't blame you for leaving, but you should maybe have had another job lined up before you left. They were really taking the p*ss, especially the till business, wonder if on the nights it was �20 short, they weren't very busy?? They should have investiagted that rather than deduct from all wages, its disgraceful. They don't have to provide you with discounted or free food, all are different, some do, some don't. I would query the docking of your pay against coming in 10 mins early that you don't get paid for, setting up the shop is still working and you should be paid for it.
