Sick zebra finch needs help?

how can you tell if a finch is sick ?i think i have a sick one but it still flies around the only thing is ive hurd if a finch bobs its tail its sick and i think it has mite but cant seem to get rid of them i spray mite and lice stuff on them twice a week and have a bird protector too. what do i do
