Are these computer specs good enough to last me at least 4-5 years? any suggestions?

We can't predict the future so there's no way for us to know if something will come out that your PC can't hanlde. The video card is nowhere near the strongest, you'll probably have some trouble maxing some of todays games on that videoc ard.
