DOES THIS MEAN IM BILLED?? FOR SEVENTEEN MAGAZINE?

I tried entering a freebie and i clicked submit and it said THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! We have accepted your subscription for Seventeen and will bill you $10 for 10 issues. Your first issue will be delivered to (my adress, and zipcode) in 4-6 weeks. I looked and didnt see my credit card info..iv never put in credit card info online..just on the card the magazine comes with and mailed it...so does this mean i subscribed?
