Help with blog im going crazy?

im going crazy trying to figure this out!i run a freebies blog and i want to creat a list were i can store latest freebies in one place ,when someone clicks the list title then whats available will appear ..i have blogspot.i tried the gadgets and nothin i put up showed up.i tried add link list .add page everything nothing works please help
